Yes, we have a package for property maintenance with tenant management, where we will find the tenant, verify the tenant, do all the paper work for you. We will make your apartment as move in condition and also take the inventory, which will be cross checked at the time of move out.

We do pretty much what is needed to protect and enhance your property value. It could be painting, minor repair like plumbing, electrical outlet, cleaning, bill payment etc. We take your approval prior to kick start any jobs, and very transparent from start to finish. We provide you a point of contact from our ground crew based in India and communicate with you as required and get the job done.

Once you select a package, we will provide you a detailed report of available property around an area your interest and based on your need. The property price you see from us, will be negotiated price and lower than the market value. After that initial report, we can sit with you and discuss to move forward and finalize to find your dream home.
